Nestled in the heart of the village our unusual and historic village hall, built in 1879, was once a malt house. It is now a thriving community centre with charitable status.
A recent renovation program has seen the roof repaired, the function room insulated and the installation of a new kitchen and toilets providing up to date facilities in a cosy environment. The main function room is upstairs which can be accessed by an internal staircase or stair lift. Guarlford Village Hall is managed by a committee of Trustees who organise a program of social events for the local community and surrounding area. During the week there are regular groups and activities which take place in the hall. The hall is also available for hire.
